Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item please email us at joyelladesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason why you wish to return.

This must be done within 14 days of your order and items must be unused and returned in the same condition as supplied.
Returns will be processed within seven working days.

​Please note: cosmetic and toiletry items are non returnable. These items are marked as non returnable on their product pages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
